Babyface AI Video, Step-by-Step

The Beginner’s Guide to Making AI-Powered Baby Content

First… watch this:

Yes. That’s a real video. And no, Bill didn’t send me anything. I made that with AI. All I needed was a photo, one public interview, and 30 minutes.

If you’re feeling bold, I’ve posted the full technical workflow for how to do that kind of thing here:
Advanced Deepfake Workflow Guide

But if you’re just getting started, keep reading.
This is the simpler (and still hilarious) way to make a baby version of yourself say whatever you want, with AI.

Step 1: Baby-fy your face.

Open GPT-4o and upload a picture of yourself. Then hit the “Create Image” button under the prompt bar.

This is your prompt:

“Make me an ultra-realistic baby.”

Didn’t like the result? No problem. You can fix it on the spot:

  • “Make it smile more.”

  • “Add longer hair.”

  • “Tone down the cheeks.”

You can make it perfect for yourself.

Step 2: Record your voice.

Record whatever you want the baby to say.
Use your phone, your laptop – whatever gets you an MP3.

Start with something short and punchy.
You can even use AI to write the script for you.

Step 3: Make the baby talk.

Go to HeyGen.

Here’s what to do:

  • Sign up for free. FYI signing up is a b*tch. I just clicked through as fast as possible. It's free.

  • Click: Home > Photo to Video AI (IV)

  • Upload your baby photo

  • Click "upload or record audio". Upload or record your MP3

  • Click “Generate Video ”

Let it generate. And enjoy being mind blown.

HeyGen is free to test out, or $20 for more videos. I’ve already made 10+. Worth it.

The original E*TRADE baby probably took a studio, actors, editors, and six figures.
Today, with AI and a $20 GPT Pro subscription, you can recreate it in probably 45 minutes.
The gap between “Hollywood budget” and “browser window” is gone.

This isn’t just cheaper. It’s a total shift in creative power. Go get it.

This was definitely the best scene from those commercials. iykyk 👇
